The company reserves the right to limit or cancel participation of the activity if the client does not meet the appropriate physical or mental conditions

The client understands and accepts the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in certain tours, safaris and activities, and takes responsibility for ensuring that he or she is mentally and physically capable of participating in the particular tour, safari or activity chosen

The supplier can cancel the activity on the agreed date without observing a notice period, if weather conditions, official measures, strikes or other unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions make the execution of the activity impossible, make it considerably more difficult or endanger it. In this case alternative dates will be offered or you will have the option of a full refund

You will be charged the total amount once your order is confirmed

After payment has been received a confirmation email will be sent to you and you will receive your voucher within 24 hours

Pal Nemeth does not charge a fee to amend or change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received by our Customer Care Team 3 (three) days prior to your confirmed activity date. Pal Nemeth will attempt to honour your request; however, this cannot be guaranteed

Tips/gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, beverages or food not described in the product's description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included

Pal Nemeth cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if you do not receive or read carefully your confirmation / voucher. In the event you have not received your voucher, you must notify Pal Nemeth at least 48 hours prior tothe date of the reservation

Pal Nemeth is committed to provide an efficient refund procedure. Refunds will be made in the form of a credit refund. i.e. we will credit the amount charged, back to your Credit / Debit Card. Once the refund instructions have been issued to our Merchant Bank, it can take 15-45 working days for the monies to show in your account

Suppliers providing travel or other services for Pal Nemeth, are independent Contractors and not agents or employees of Pal Nemeth. Pal Nemeth is not liable for the acts, error, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting there from

Pal Nemeth has no liability and will not make a refund in the event of any delays

Pal Nemeth makes available a platform or marketplace for Guests and Providers to meet online and make a reservation related to Provider's services (a "Booking"). Pal Nemeth is not an owner or operator of the Provider or any associated rental property, including boats, equipments

Pal Nemeth does not own, furnish, rent or control Provider's products and services

Pal Nemeth responsibilities are limited to: (a) facilitating the availability of our Service to make Bookings and (b) serving as the limited agent of each Provider for the purpose of accepting payments from Guests on behalf of the Provider.

The Providers, not Pal Nemeth, are responsible for honouring any Bookings and making available any product and services reserved through our Service. You agree and understand that you may be required to enter into an agreement with the Provider and that you’rebooking is contingent upon you agreeing to accept any terms, conditions, rules and restrictions imposed by the Provider. You acknowledge and agree that you, and not Pal Nemeth, will be responsible for performing the obligations of any such agreements and that Pal Nemeth is not a party to such agreements
