Tf 28... or as local cyclists mention: Old Road offers spectacular views of the region’s rugged landscape countryside.
Start your ride in Barranco Hindo, a small city at an altitude of 630 meters in North-East Tenerife.
The TF 28 Old Road has it all in abundance: great roads, highland landscapes and will take you on a journey between beautiful towns and villages like Güimar, Fasnia, Icor, Arico, Chimiche and San Isidro. Most of the time you will be on the same road which gives a great variety of ascents and descents. This is more than just cycling, it is a real discovery of the East part of the Island.
The Tour ends at Tejita beach and there is no beach without a good swim and no swim without a cold beer.
