No doubt that the seaside is a phenomenal place to go on a ride. The Atlantic coast is tremendously diverse.
You will encounter small villages, banana farms, rocky beaches and many cyclists on the way. A sheer coastline along the Atlantic Ocean offers quiet roads perfect for cycling.
You start the tour in Las Galletas and ride on the coastline to the golf courses of Amarilla Golf and Golf del Sur. After crossing the golf courses you continue the ride along the coast to El Medano. The coast of the city is a paradise for surfers and has a hippy bohemian feeling. From El Medano, the tour moves away from the coast and starts an easy climb to San Isidro. That will be the highest point of the ride and then you will start the ride back to Las Galletas.
The beauty of this tour is that it is a circular route and you will go through small villages on the way back, like Atogo, Aldea Blanca and Buzanada.
